Here comes September again. Summer holidays are far away and it's time to go ahead!
For us, September is the good time to officially release "Print2Fax" our friendly Fax sending application.
Then we'll talk about the Traffic Manager for FaxStar Advanced Server, and of course as usual our Monthly Offer and our Monthly Tip.

Finally released!
It's been some months we talk about Print2Fax, and now it becomes officially true!
Print2Fax is a FaxStar Advanced Server module that will help your users to easily send faxes from a Windows PC. Just print a file you want to fax, and a friendly interface appears. Enter the fax number, click on "Send" and that's all!
Print2Fax can be as simple as this but it can answers all the questions you may have since it can deal with a lot of options! Massive Fax mailing, CoverPage, Address Books...Print2Fax can quite do everything.

Traffic Manager
A must have
The Print2Fax official release is the occasion to talk about another usefull tool which is our Traffic Manager application for FaxStar Advanced Server.
Traffic Manager will help you to follow up any outgoing faxes and incoming faxes.
This Windows application can be installed on any PC and will display the traffic according to specific user rights. Simple users will only be able to follow up their own traffic while Managers will be able to see the traffic of any user of their group. Administrators can see the whole traffic of any groups.
Using Traffic Manager you'll be able to display, delete, forward and resend any fax.

Custom emails for FaxStar
Do you know it's possible to customize emails sent by the FaxStar server for any received fax?
It exists a file named RCVFAXMAIL.SAMPLE in the FaxStar root directory, if you rename it in RCVFAXMAIL.INI and edit it using notepad you'll be able to customize the message. Use it carefully.
It also exists a file named MCONFIRMMSG.SAMPLE which corresponds to emails sent when you use the **MCONFIRM command.
